My first time of giving a shot

Finally, I get the chance to give a subcut shot to a patient. The whole process of injection involves (1) quickly and accurately poke the needle in, (2) aspirate a little bit to make sure the needle is not in the vein, (3) inject the medication slowly and monitor if the patient hurts during the time. I pretty much overcome step 1 and 2, however, still need to practice on how to not hurting the patient... especially on the control of injecting speed... :P
